EVERY THREAD HAS A STORY, I’M JUST GIVING IT A NEW CHAPTER

Welcome to Stitched by Kaylee.

Every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted from secondhand textiles sourced from local thrift stores and trusted online resale platforms. No two garments are ever alike—each one is carefully reimagined into a wearable work of art, celebrating the beauty of slow fashion and the charm of giving something old a new beginning. Through mindful sourcing, upcycling, and a commitment to slow fashion, I aim to create timeless garments that celebrate individuality while encouraging more conscious consumption. Every purchase helps promote a more sustainable and ethical future for the fashion industry.

Many of my designs feature a silly old bear, a character that means so much to me. These pieces often evoke a sense of nostalgia, allowing wearers to reconnect with cherished memories while embracing a truly unique garment. I am truly grateful and honored to create art that resonates so personally with others.

Thank you for your support and for being a part of this journey.

ALOHA

Fast fashion is a rapidly growing industry driven by high-volume production and the continuous demand for new trends. While this model has made clothing more accessible, it has also contributed to significant environmental challenges, including increased greenhouse gas emissions, excessive water consumption, pollution, and the accumulation of textile waste in landfills.

Stitched by Kaylee was founded in response to these challenges, with a commitment to creating thoughtfully designed, one-of-a-kind garments through the practice of upcycling. By transforming secondhand textiles into wearable art, each piece extends the life of existing materials, reducing waste while demonstrating the creative potential of sustainable design.

Sustainability is central to every aspect of the brand. Beyond the use of reclaimed materials, Stitched by Kaylee encourages a more intentional approach to fashion—one that values quality, craftsmanship, and conscious consumption over mass production and disposable trends. Through the principles of slow fashion, the brand seeks to inspire lasting appreciation for garments that are both meaningful and responsibly made.

PURPOSE

“Through my work, I hope to show that fashion can be creative while also being environmentally mindful, and that the most meaningful pieces can come from giving old things a new purpose”
